What happens if I make a change to the number of licences?
When you make a change to the number of licences for an app, three charges will appear on your next bill:
A charge for the new total number of licences, from the date you requested the change, until the end of the billing period.
A charge for the original number of licences, to the point/date of the change.
A credit for the original number of licences, from the date you requested the change, until the end of the billing period.

Inviting a new Company User to the Vodafone Business Marketplace
Only the Company Administrator can invite new users to the Vodafone Business Marketplace and manage their licences.
Invite a user or multiple users:

1. Log in to your Vodafone Business Marketplace account
2. From the menu, choose the Manage, this will take you to the Dashboard page
3. To invite one user, add their email address (1), then click Invite
4. To invite more than one user, choose Invite Multiple (2)
5. Enter the user’s email address. The role will default to User
6. Click Send Invitations

1. Log in to your Vodafone Business Marketplace account
2. From the menu, select Users
3. Select Manage Invitations (This will show you a list of pending invitations)
4. Select Resend or Revoke

What is the Vodafone Business Marketplace Spend Limit?
The Spend Limit is a helpful feature that helps protect your business by capping how much you can spend each month on apps, services, and subscriptions available through the Vodafone Business Marketplace.
Why do we have a Spend Limit?
It’s designed to protect your business from unexpected or accidental overspending.
Who does the Spend Limit apply to?
The spend limit applies to SOHO customers, which includes Sole Traders and Small Business, typically with up to 9 employees.
How is the Spend Limit determined?
Vodafone sets a monthly limit for your account, which may be adjusted over time based on factors like your payment history and credit checks.
Can I change my Spend Limit?
Yes, it is possible for us to change your spend limit. If you reach your limit and need more flexibility, please call our friendly Sales team on 0808 060 0802 . They’ll review your account and update your limit if possible - usually within minutes.
What happens if I reach my Spend Limit?
If you reach your monthly spend limit, you won’t be able to make further purchases for the month. However, our Sales team is always here to help - please call them on 0808 060 0802, and they can reassess your limit so you can get back to business quickly.
Will I get notified about my Spend Limit?
Yes, your account administrators will receive notifications as your spending approaches the limit and again once you reach it. This way, you’ll always know where you stand and can stay in control of your business expenses.
Does the Spend Limit cover all users on my Vodafone Business Marketplace account?
Yes, the Spend Limit applies to your entire Vodafone Business Marketplace account. That means it covers all users, not just individuals.
What purchases count toward the Spend Limit?
All purchases, subscriptions, and add-ons made through the Vodafone Business Marketplace count toward your monthly limit. This includes digital software, productivity tools, and any services available on the marketplace. Other services such as mobile or broadband which are not on Vodafone Business Marketplace are not covered by this spend limit.
